Debang adopts world-class pre-press interface, which simplifies the pre-setting of ink volume and register, in addition to establishing color reference values for the image control system and sending positional marks for post-press finishing processes. Our pre-press equipment includes

KODAK800, CTP platesetter, HP5500, EPSON7890, etc., and a number of image processing computer typesetters with more than ten years of professional work experience. Through a standardized full-process color management system, we achieve efficient docking between pre-press and printing, so that package printing can get perfect color reproduction.

Precision Automated Die‑Cutting Mastery

Deppon has strict requirements on the materials and process standards for each post-press process. Our post-process equipment is quite complete, including varnishing machine, laminating machine, hot stamping machine, automatic die-cutting machine, automatic folder gluer, folding machine, etc., which can satisfy the needs of different customers for different processes. Die-cutting is the most important process besides printing and material. Debonair has 4 sets of automatic die cutting machines and 5 sets of semi-automatic die cutting machines . The die-cutting captains are all masters who have been working in the die-cutting position for more than five years, and they are very familiar with all kinds of packaging materials and all kinds of packaging indentation requirements.
